Comments: |
This would be a great place for
an investor/family out of Austin to buy for future
investment/immediate recreational purposes/build
a house on/run cattle/horses. It has a great location
being so close to Austin and all area lakes, city
of Jonestown, and very close to all the explosion
in Cedar Park/Leander areas. Nice year round creek
runs right through middle of it, has astonishing
views, and a great place for deer hunting 25 minutes
from Austin. Minimal improvements, most value in
the land, utilities are not quite to area as of
yet, have to do well/septic, very low taxes with
tax exemption program in place. Existing warehouse
on property could serve as a party barn/dance hall
type deal, and hunting cabin is livable. The property
is very rough in nature and needs some brush clearing
for better views.
